What age can the Amby Baby Hammock be used up to?

Babies can generally sleep in the Amby baby hammock from birth to about 12 months. Many babies sleep in it for much longer.

The Amby spring can safely hold up to 12kg / 26lbs of weight (approximately 12 months of age).  For heavier babies and toddlers, a Heavy Duty Spring can be purchased separately and can hold up to 20kg / 44lbs of weight.  The Amby frame itself has been rated to hold up to 45kg / 99lbs of weight.

How do I order an Amby baby hammock?

Select the hammock of your choice from our range HERE, add it to your shopping cart and follow the simple to follow directions.

If ordering online does not suit you we welcome phone and email orders. Please call 1300 00 2629 (international callers +61 413 216 325) for assistance.

Is ordering on your website safe?

All transactions at Amby Baby Hammocks are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption to ensure the highest level of protection. Any information that you send to us is encoded with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. You can tell your browser is in secure mode in the checkout by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.

All credit card payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind. For payment options we accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit, or Cash on Pick Up.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will usually be despatched within one business day and you will be advised of an estimated shipping time once your package has left our warehouse.  You can view approximate delivery times Here.

Where is the pick up location?

Orders can be picked up from Park Orchards, Melbourne, VIC.  Pick up is by appointment only so Contact Us to arrange a suitable time.

What is your returns policy?

The Amby Baby Hammock is unconditionally guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months, provided the unit is assembled as per instructions and the washing instructions are followed. Should a product be faulty we shall gladly offer a replacement or a refund where a replacement is not possible. We stand by the quality of our Amby range of products.

Note: any product parts damaged by negligence will not be replaced under this guarantee. Please ensure you always follow the included washing instructions.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.  This includes both opened or unopened products.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Should you choose to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped out you must Contact Us immediately with your request.  Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled.  Orders that are cancelled will be refunded minus the merchant fees charged by the payment method chosen as these are not refunded back to Amby Baby Hammocks.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do, we ship to most countries apart from the USA and Canada, please Contact Us with any questions.  You will receive a shipping quote at checkout and you can view approximate delivery times Here.  

Please note that duties and taxes may be payable by the receiver depending on the country.  Please check with Customs in your own country if you are unsure.
